Colombia La Rochela Geisha June 02 2015
Originally from the village of Gesha, Ethiopia, this coffee varietal gained ground in the 1950s when it was planted in response to coffee rust, or roya. Panama is known for their Geisha coffees and other contries including Colombia want in on the game. With light acidity, notes of jasmine, and hints of citrus it is easy to see why this varietal is in demand. Try Colombia La Rochela Geisha from our newest roaster Case Coffee Roasters. This two time Good Food Award winner is a sure crowd pleaser.
