There's a truism in the coffee world that the real diehards are the decaf drinkers. They're not even in it for the caffeine, so there must be something else.
Well, too often, that something else is taken for granted. Not anymore. Low Impact Decaf is made from carefully grown and processed specialty coffee that goes through a chemical-free water process to remove its caffeine. We then roast it with the same care and attention we bring to all our coffees.
