Ingredients: 65% Medium-Dark Roasted Colombia Los Vascos, 35% Light-Medium Roasted Ethiopia Worka Cooperative Natural Process. Post roast blend.
Altitude: 1500-2200 Meters
Varietals: Typica, Bourbon, Colombia, Heirloom Varieties
Process: Dry Fermentation, Washed, Raised Bed Drying. 35% Natural Processed.

This is the double agent of our coffee program. A combination of washed and naturally processed coffees, Infrared offers a deep, intricate complexity underscored by a jammy strawberry splash.
When we first started playing around with this blend, we set our sights on creating something that would savor all the best aspects of a fruity natural, while still delivering the balance and reliability of something more traditional. With a slightly deeper roast than most of our coffees and an exotic punch, it's no mystery why Infrared draws attention.
