The Santa Ana label is reserved for coffees grown at some of the highest lots of Finca el Manzano. These coffees coffee take longer to ripen and result in a cup with more complex acidity and floral aromas. The blend is made up of two varieties grown on this farm, bourbon and pacamara. The bourbon varietal gives this blend a mellow, sweet, and nutty base, while the pacamara adds a bit of flare with a juicy citrus acidity and floral after-notes. This coffee does a great job at featuring the unique terrior of the Santa Ana growing region, all in one cup.
