A bullseye is a convex lighthouse lens used to concentrate light. Using these lenses as part of his design, French engineer Augstin Fresnel installed an new lens in France’s Cardovan Tower Lighthouse on the Gironde River in 1822, projecting its beacon 20 miles.
Our bullseye espresso hits the mark between light and dark roast to find the sweet spot. It also makes a great cup of filter coffee!
